ABS

The prototypes realized with the FDM technology in ABS P400 are excellent for both aesthetic and functional verifications. The ABS has got a considerable mechanical resistance that permits the usage of the prototype also during the test-phase. Besides some following mechanical workings such as perforation, edging and varnishing are available.

The particular constructive technique allows to create the prototype in few hours since the reception of the mathematical data.

The excellent dimensional precision makes the prototypes usable for assembly and connection tests. The maximum dimensions for monolithic pieces is of 460X460x610mm, but there is the possibility to build bigger prototypes too, by cutting the 3D model and reassembling the various parts through bonding.
